What We Don't Collect
- No personal information — We don't ask for your name, email, or any personal details
- No account required — Use MegaSearch without signing up
- No tracking cookies — We don't use cookies to track your behavior
- No analytics — We don't use Google Analytics or similar tracking tools
- No search history — Your searches are not stored or linked to you
- No fingerprinting — We don't collect browser or device fingerprints
What We Do Collect
We only collect minimal, anonymous data necessary to operate the service:
- Server logs — Standard web server logs (IP addresses, user agents) that are automatically deleted after 7 days
- Rate limiting — Anonymous request counts to prevent abuse (no personal data stored)
Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection (see Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
- Cloudflare Pages — Hosting (no personal data collected beyond standard server logs)
External Links
MegaSearch indexes publicly shared links from third-party services (MEGA, GoFile, MediaFire, etc.). When you click a link, you leave our site and are subject to that service's privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
